Ok so I am a little new to PSP but not to editing in general. I have been trying to find a way to edit my screen captures from media player when watching DVDs. In essence I want to use scnes as desktops but every time I do the screen capture and edit it to the size I want all I get is a free floating square thats the size I want but not the picture itself. I know in older versions of Media Player there was a command just for capturing JPEGs but it doesnt work with WPA11

Anyone have any idea how to solve this or how I can edit the screen capture itself to only be of what I want?

I had a similar problem when trying to capture shots in WMP.
I found this on another site...
  • Open Window Media Player
  • Then go to Tools | Options
  • In Options, select the Performance Tab
  • Way below you click on the Advanced Button
  • Uncheck “Use Overlays’
  • Click Ok
  • And you are ready.
Now you can use any screen capturing app, even the Print Scr button.

I have tried every method of obtaining the screen captures through WPM and no matter which set up I used I still have had no luck, its not getting the frame captured from the video thats the problem, resizing or cropping the screen capure after I get it is where I am having difficulty
