If someone has a brilliant idea for a product, book, website, etc. they probably want to keep that niche secret and try to exploit it and make money themselves.
I love to brainstorm and develop new ideas for products books and websites.

Instead of looking at websites for brain storming. Why don't you try the traditional method of gathering people around and jotting down ideas? This is how it is done in advertising and branding companies. Good luck!
