One way to get traffic is to buy links on similar sites, or if that is not possible try exchanging link with them. Every website will have a contact page, ask them using it if they are willing to exchange links with your site.

Free SEO methods might hard to get traffic at first. You can consider with pay traffic like Google Adwords and Social Media which able to get large traffic . big exposure and somehow quality if you target correctly.
But in the same time , you should not totally ignore those SEO methods while it a way to get traffic as well but it do need take long time to see the effect.
