Social networking is more effective because it reaches more faster to

well said, as part of these two i guess these two are no follow attributes i mean Google will not make a count of the links coming from these.

You must try other methods of building back link to your site as social bookmarking only is got going to get you any where. You also need to post unique articles with link pointing back to your site to web 2.0 sites as well as article directories.
