If its for adult sites, then try boards like this:

I can't think of any 'traffic provider' is 'effective' for porn, the only good way of getting traffic for porn site I can think of is posting samples in binary news groups.

Putting your URL in mpeg and sharing it on EDonkey etc. does the job also.
