I would like it to be private label so i can offer my customers traffic etc. ?

As with anything you need to understand the quality of the product you are selling. Traffic is no exception, you wil see many offers of quality traffic, some of it is in my view just rubbish, sometimes the user site isn't even seen. I have my own site selling traffic but won't post the details here. If you send me a PM I will answer any questions you may have. Key thing is that it's your reputation that will suffer if you resell a poor product.

My advice is to do some research to find the best providers. Be mindful that in addition to the private label aspect, you should focus on a provider with a reputation for customer service and one with very competitve rates. After all, the lower your buy rate the more money you make on the sale. I am a provider, but I will not spam this board with details. Plus, I really believe that you should take the time to find a good reseller program. Once you are signed up with a program it will be a hassle to have to switch providers while users are placing orders with you.

I used http://www.trafficaccount.com. They only sell to resellers and will meet or beat anyones pricing. They allowed for private label, and even offered free ad design services with my account.

They can't really beat everyone's prices as they buy from a wholesaler at a set price that many other companies also buy at. I believe they also offer banner impressions etc. i've tried several banner impression sites and found that my trial campaigns were over before I was able to log in later during the day to check my stats control panel.
