I think Newsgroups and Forums are excellent way to communicate your business to different customers in an informal environment.

I have used giveaways, freebies, I use my blog, and I network a lot at ryze...if you need more detail, PM me and I can get you some freebies, and PLR articles to get you started. Articles for me have been responsible for a 600% increase in traffic and signups....
