I've been marketing it a little and I have some deals for members going on, like a Referral Contest and a Get Paid To Refer thing.

What do you guys think I should do to the site to get more members and posts, etc?

I also have launched a new domain name forum. It has 44 members right now and it is 23days old. I am looking forward for some more tips on getting members and making them stay on my board and post.

Just make sure to keep your forum looking active - when people visit you want them to think that it's worth posting. Perhaps get a few friends/colleagues to start (and continue) some discussions and make sure that you, too, keep regularly posting. Also, if you have a newsletter, highlight a recent discussion on the forum.
