Are you writing articles and reviews about games and gaming? Publishing game tips and tricks might help, too. I play XBOX live games and I am always surfing for games tips, including videos posted on You Tube.

Go to twitter or add pages to Facebook or upload a video in Youtube. I guess that's the easiest thing to do.

Try Article marketing, forum marketing, social bookmarking sites, posting comments in related "niche" blogs, press releases, work on a backlink campaign with high ranking sites. If you have an advertising budget try adwords. It will definitely get good traffic to your site but does have a learning curve.

1-You can introduce Bundle pack discount to enhance the sales.
2-Moreover place your website address on game plays and upload to you tube.
3-Make Alliances with Xbox360 PS retailers and stick your website address to console cardbox if possible on console.

I seems like you are very good in promoting your website. Have you tried putting stickers in bathrooms? Try it, it may still effective.

Make a press release for your site. Join forums with the same content as yours.

Write a press release that promotes your site then submit it to hundreds of PR sites. This promotion technique is viral!

Join games community, join related forums, do blog commenting to related sites.

Start trying with a small budget adwords campain (5-6$/day) and see if you have a good return of investment.

If your site has good quality, somehow other people will talk about you.

SEO it's important, but I don't think it worth all the money it costs in optimization.. at least not if you're just starting out.

Money makes money. So spend some money and start some good advertising campaigns like google’s adwords, yahoo ads, adbrite etc. These ads will give your website immediate exposure.

Try to get more organic traffic, specially from Google.com.
As well as, you can promote it via some other social networks too.
By participating on your niche related forums, you can get more referal traffic too, However, to get organic traffic, you have to do more hardwork.

If you want to survive here in the market then hire any SEO specialist and apply complete SEO on your site.

How about sponsoring a popular video game dvd cover .. :-S

Also you could participate in some related forums and blogs for your niche.

To promote, do what most of these people said already. Don't spam social networks, do it correctly if you go that route.

I like the idea of gameplay footage, maybe you could hold a contest on the social networks, and email your customer base (I am hoping you have their emails?). Have a competition for people to upload various gameplay footage from games and such, and tag your site in the video. Whoever gets the most views at the end of a certain period gets x amount of dollars credit at your site. There you have people creating footage, uploading to youtube, competing for the prize and gaining you publicity.
