Although I do want to point out that these are not necessarily do-follow (ie: Twitter) so if you're looking for backlinks, check each one first.

If you are more after on traffic, well it is just OK if that TOP 100 SB are do follow or not; but if you are more after on gaining back link, look for do-follow SB. (To be honest, I a PR conscious also, but I still saving those do-follow SB with no PR)

An impressive list, but keep in mind that many of these sites are "nofollow." Get a nofollow link tool that highlights links as you browse. If its not followable, it will turn red.

I use one from the SEOBook toolbar.
