Apparently, Yahoo Buzz, Yahoo's version of Digg is now accepting submissions from all sites instead of just a select few publishers. The most popular submissions get featured on Yahoo's homepage. Be warned, though, if you get on the Yahoo front page, your server will probably implode from the amount of traffic you receive. You can read about it here or submit a new story here.

Digg has Do follow attribute so many marketer most of using it marketing purpose but yahoo buzz have no follow tag so its only about to get traffic...so it will not be competitor of digg

I guess that's what Digg is for? Seeing as how providing interesting and useful content is what made them successful, I think Yahoo will be able to compete in that sphere.
