According to us, you can use different methods, not only google, for example you can use link exchange or banner exchange system.

and I checked your site in google, you have 13 pages in Google, it must be more. Please make subpages more.

One thing to do first of all, is to have someone who actually speaks English rewrite your copy. It reads as if it has been translated via BabelFish.
If you are trying to convert English speaking customers you will need to speak English to them.

The rest is simply a case of optimising properly

I have done alot of work with business sites and getting them to convert into sales, with some great success in the past!

The one thing that strikes me straight away is that on your homepage you are not trying to sell me anything. If you look at all the best Ecommerce site, everywhere you look is an offer or a product, something for sale, these are the sites that convert!
