Has anybody had problems having your accounts hacked by
a bot service that you use?

how **** annoying!

I had a group of 26 accounts that all posted the same
2 bulletins from each account over the weekend.
this was the message:
"My friend Joe told me about this site that gives out complimentary ringtones... So I am letting all my friends know....It only takes a second to check it out at XXXXXX peace, CDPRESALE.COM

Repost this and tell all your friends too!!!"

(it wouldn't let me post their link from their message.



anybody else ever had this problem??
or know anything about this crapola?

The bot's I've use with these accounts are
Adder Robot
Mychanger
FriendBlasterpro
ToolSmith

doesnt sound too good.

were all the softwares genuine or hacks?

Have you done a spyware check?

they were all genuine, either a full package
or a demo from the companies website.

I did do an adaware sweep the other day...
so that could also be a possibility..

any other variables I should be on the look out for???

your info i for emails,proxy is to hide your ip, space promoter is acting up i need to understand the proxy setting.

I'd watch MyChanger, just cause its so **** ghetto.

I can assure you it wasnt AR or FB, I know them, they dont do that.

The others... maybe. I cant say for sure.

beware of web interfaces where you submit your myspace username and password for some sort of service.

mychanger steals 30% of your accounts. this is just a warning, i am surprised you never heard this earlier. whatever you use mychanger for, stop using it and find an alternative.

the creator admitted to stealing the accounts, it is nearly as bad as phishing.

sounds like what happened to me with badderadder... but mine did that and pushed the lower comment to the right it ****ed up everyones pages...

ya think its myspace... hahahaha lol to keep all the spamers away...

because they are the newest service that i've used.
I was hoping to hear it from somebody else...

nope, it was probably the comment code that you used.

myspace recently fixed some exploits to make your comments stay on top.

since comments allows html code you probably screwed that particular table up.

Is it the MyChanger software? I'd like to start using this, but if they're stealing account, f-that!

yep dont use mychanger. they used to charge for it. then they got shut down and it got released for free.

the creator admitted that it steals account info but not everyone knows about it and continue to use it.

it doesnt steal all of your logins but it steals 30% of your logins.

whatever you use it for, stop heh.

there are a few others floating around like by esols and a few other companies.

I saw a new variant of this from March 30th but when ever I try to post it I get an error message...
