I understand alot of webmasters try to build up a forum community but failed due to lack of traffic and lack of quality posting....

Any successful forum masters can share their success secrets ? Is rev-ads-sharing forum a sure success tactic for forum masters to build up their community ?

I don't think revenue sharing is going to be the best way to build up a forum. The key is really to attract a core group of members who will then attract more members.

The secret is to do it in the right order.

Don't build a forum and go looking for people.

Find the people (who want/need a forum) first, then build a forum for them. You'll have traffic the first day.

at first, before you start building a community at a forum, you need a good forum,
which looks nice and has a good name and adress.
I would not recommend free scripts or else. vBulletin is nice. Then you need webspace etc. After that, you need a good logo, which attracts users. Then you need content to get users. Also people do not join a not used form, so you should get your friends in there to post. After that you could pay some users to post in there. Now you have got a lil community with friends and payed posters. When you have that, more people will join automatically..........

Hope that helped: Good luck to everyone, who is trying to build up a good forum, as i am...

I strongly advise you to post your OWN posts, maybe on multiple AEs, because that way you have control. REMEMBER you can do it better than others.
