Yes, it is motivational, thanks for posting it.
I liked his advice about not putting all the eggs in one basket, i.e creating several different micro businesses instead of a single large one. There is always a chance of failure (also with Google ranking) and if you have a few projects and some fail, you still have the ones that succeed.

Decent story. I usually like reading journals which are a similar to this, helps give you see that you don't need to start out with tonnes of money to get things done. You just need to start off with a decent game plan and then build it as it goes along
