Ok this should be something quite simple, but I can't get it right, please check the side bars on my website and tell me how do I get those things to go all the way to the bottom of the page without adding lots of <p> or <BR>tags to the end, maybe if you can't do it in html if someone knows a way through css

That's an easy one - make yourself a background image of the center section that INCLUDES the drop shadows on the side. Then set that image as a vertically tiled background on your center container.

However, the thing is, you have to use CSS and Divs for this method --and you're using tables for layout.
