On the right hand side and left hand columns the blue and yellow boxes margins are collapsing. The boxes should all be centered. I have tried adding a 1px padding and 1px borders but the problem is still there.

Has anyone any ideas?

Yep, I don't see anything strange! It look good for me!

They look fine to me too.

Try this though: margin: 0px auto; That's CSS horizontal centering code (works with everything except for IE5; you have to use text-align: center there). You'll have to remove all the other margins and padding to see it, though.
