SAMI I'm not sure I understand what you're asking. Are you wanting suggestions for categories you can use or are you not sure how to set up the categories on your forum software?

I would do something like the following:

CODING AND DESIGN
CSS styles
Design and Java
Incorperating your design with HTML

ARTICLES AND RESOURCES
Photoshop graphics
Photoshop web design
Website templates
Flash Design
Other resources

COMMUNITY
Website help and so on here... questions, suggestions

When your starting your website, i dont think it is as important to have to many different categories and forums. In my opinion its better to start out smaller (something like above) and add categories/forums as you begin to have a need for them. You will get a better idea on how to organize things once you start gathering a lot of posts. Also, the suggestion forum is a good way to see what your users would like to see.

Hopefully you are NOT starting a forum for anything other than altruistic reasons, because it is a lot of work and time for very little gain either in monetary value or what people perceive as "Search Engine value".

When you are trying to start a forum, the worst thing you can have is a structure with lots of categories and sub-categories and all empty. You then get the idea of creating several usernames and talking to yourself for a couple of months, or you might get the idea of "paying for posts" and you get a lot of disinterested people post semi-useless one line comments.

My advice is the same as Clayton's.
Better to start with two or three main categories with no sub-cats or just one or two subs in each cat, then when you have a few dozen threads in a cat/sub-cat, split them off into a sensible structure determined by the type of threads you have got in there.

so I would intially go with something like;

Design and Client side
  • HTML
  • CSS
  • Javascript
Coding and Server Side
  • ASP & ASP.NET
  • PHP
Community
  • Introduction
  • Chat
