hi

i have just launched my new site www.gamer-art.com and i want each page translated into the following languages.. french, spanish, german and italian, and have the little flags in the top corner etc.

Is there a script or software that will do this exactly as it should be spoken rather than a rough translation, or would it be best to find someone who is a translator by profession.

Make sure you get validation of the work as some may simply try to use software and give you junk.

once i have the site translated i assume that i have to edit all the pages, which means i will have 5 of each page.

So basically i will be hosting 5 sites each with its own language?

Will i need any software or is it just a case of putting the right links in

i'm new so easy instructions will be very much appreciated

I found this... http://www.worldlingo.com/ Which has a PR of 8 (indicating it's probably popular). Might be worthwhile to look into.

as i dont really know what i am talking about i will try and explain it better..

eg. my home page is in english, so i then translate to french, i then link the translated french page via a french flag icon..

is that how i do it?

just found this on google http://www.google.com/translate_t but stiil dont know if its the correct grammar etc so i think i will look for a local translator

I would link it like that but if you translate, say an about page, to french and the user clicks the flag I would have it link to the french version of the about page not the french home page.
