Sinario: I am on Intranet, My pc is connected to the internet. I got a proxy running for other pc's to connect through me to te internet.
Proxy setting
Eg. my pc name : webserver.org
port : 1000

now i want to post a link on my intranet forum so people can access through my pc , a website say for eg. www.google.com. I need to do this without them needing to put my proxy settings in there [Internet Tools> Proxy Settings]

no, you can't do that unless you are going to mess with vbscripting. but thats tricky and not userfriendly from a browser.

you will have to go to every pc and set some values manually. either a proxy or a gateway.
