Is there a way to control how a PDF file is shown when a link is opened.

I'd like to display a PDF file but with minimal control, in a similar way you control what is shown in a popup window.

I’m not sure if this is what you are asking, but the Adobe Acrobat creation software lets you set all types of controls, including “open options” like hiding the menubar, toolbar, and even windows controls. Whatever you set in the PDF document will be reflected in your popup.
