I understand the concept of CSS, but am having trouble implimenting them. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good resource for learning CSS?
(I'm particularly interested in DreamWeaver and straight code)

There are a slew of articles at the Builder.com site. Here’s the direct link: http://builder.com.com/1200-31-5084825.html

Also, the absolute best reference book on HTML that I know of is "HTML: The Complete Reference" from McGraw-Hill Osborne Media. Here's the link: HTML: The Complete Reference. This book covers everything HTML, including a large section on CSS and a complete CSS reference appendix. If you plan on spending a good part of your life creating Web site, I would recommend running down to Borders or Barnes & Noble and reviewing this book for yourself. You can pick it up on Amazon new for about $10 or used for under $5.

Hope this helps.
