Hi,

I am trying to put a search box on a page from a third party (not Google) and it is not working. They are telling me that I am placing the seach box code in an existing HTML form element, and that nested forms don't work. Forgive me for the basic question, but can someone explain this to me- and what I'd need to do.

Thanks.

let me try and rephrase my question in a more general way- When putting search boxes on web pages, are there any common problems in doing so. Thank you.

Generally, the best thing you can do is to put the search box directly inside of a div on its own. If you can do that, you should be fine.

<div>
<form action="blah blah blah">
...
</form>
</div>

Try that, and if you have any problems, post the page itself WITH the search box linked.

ok, the search box is back, this is the link. I'd really like to figure out a way to keep it where it is now. I appreciate the response, thank you.

It should be there. Just under the first link.

Site looks good. I assume you have fixed your search problem. IE 6.0 shows up fine.
