The reason the font color chages is because Internet Explorer doesn't support advanced color code like Fire Fox does. You are probably using an advanced color code that IE doesn't support but FireFox does. The way to fix this would be to pick "web safe" colors (Photoshop has a web safe check box).

I don't have Firefox on the computer I am on but I don't think that you are using the proper color codes. Check google for hex colors and see if other colors work(#FF0000 is red) if those don't work I'm not sure what the problem is. By the way photoshop wont help you fix that problem

Rather than using color names, use the HEX value ie. instead of 'pink' use #FF3E96.

This is an excellent resource for color names with hex and rgb values;

The BEST web page creation tool... is NOTEPAD ! Learn to code your HTML BY HAND and you will have better pages in the end. WYSIWYG editors really are not good for beginners, and FrontPage is a nightmare.

I am using Dreamweaver Mx 2004. I never come across any problem with WYSIWYG Editor. Infact it is most useful for maintain pages with the help of its Template option. Uploading file with FTP. (i use Filezilla). Simple login system and master-detials system. simply it is useful. Also it uses hex colorcode not name.

DW is a good TOOL, but if you do not know the basics of HTML and only use DW in design view, you WILL get ugly, nasty code.

add the '#' symbol before your colors... are you talking only about colors or also images? IE renders PNG images different than FF just that you know check also that you are not using filters that may be changing the colors... good luck
