When the pop-up player pops up, all the animations stop on the page where the link was. To get the animations moving again you have to click somewhere on the main page.
Is there any way to re-activate the main page automatically after the player link is clicked?

I don't think that has to do with the html you are using.
It sounds more like a browser-problem to me...
Could you show the site with the problem?
