Background in dreamweaver repeats

I'm wondering how to make the background not repeat itself in dreamweaver as im doing my first site for cash, http://tayles.ath.cx/aa/ ive set the tables to 95% width but it doesnt seem to do much difference, please help as i want a picture in the right hand side but my table only reaches a max of 1024 just incase it upsets the % lol

You create a CSS file, link the CSS file to your HTML file and put in that style definition that VanGogh gave you.
