it's because your framed url is showing blank in IE:

and the reason why this url is not showing is because the </title> end tag is misspelled as "?/title>"

oh, i just find out that your original page:

has the </title> tag misspelled as well

Why are you using frames at all ?? Search engines hate them, they increase the load times for your page (loading multiple pages as opposed to 1) and you can't bookmark framed content. They're also inaccessible.

Becasue theyy may not understand what he may be letting himself in for, so let them consider this as a helpful learning curve
