Hi,

Is there anyway to easily add a capture box on a webpage that gets someone's first name, last name and email address and then email's it to you? I do not want to have to program anything on the server. Are there any free websites that allow you to do this.?

thanks for your help

Sounds like all you need is a basic form. This link should get you going with what you need http://www.tizag.com/htmlT/forms.php

Hope that helps.
