I am new in SEO Field. So please anybody give me some information about H tags - H1,H2,H3,H4,H5,H6 .

Use H1 once, other can be used multiple time but don't use others (h2 , h3) for each keyword in your content.

The REAL question should be

"How many times can I post this same question and get away with it!?

Because "duplicate content" is NOT a problem.

I hate this question. First of all if you look at any blog they use the <h2> tag at least 5+ times. I have blogs that rank first on Google for keywords that uses the <h2> tag 10 times.

You can you Header tag many time as you wish . But U should use this tag according to Google algorithm .
