Ok guys...my screenshot storage site was banned from tripod, so I made a new one...

anyway, here's my problem:

I am using lots of spacer.gifs for the layout of my site....but there is a problem: sometimes when the page just loads up, the spacer.gifs become broken images....then after I refresh, it displayed correctly....any of you ever experienced this and know what's the problem? thx!!

im not having a go but it says on the web site that it is the best web development sevice in the world, so you can see my point, if it were the best how come you need help?

I can't actually see your site (it just aint working).

But saying that it is the best in the world is not on, and you know that.

1. Back-up your point with evidence.
2. Show certificates.
3. There are too many sites saying that they are the best, it is not on.

lol that was just something that i thought up in a sec when I was designing the header and writing the first paragraph...coz I havent's thought up a motto yet...just to make things look good, and I'm gonna change it of course! This is still in an alpha stage, and it's not even published yet...but sorry for freaking you guys out...didn't think it would upset you... anyway, have any idea what's causing this??


and btw mik, don't click on the link, instead copy & paste the URL in the browser it's tripod...

The broken image icon you see is probably because your browser didnt recieve the image in time from Tripod. After a certain number of seconds it will give up and assume the image is not there.
This would also be the likely cause that a refresh causes it to appear as your browser will attempt to fetch the image again.

I'm afraid thats the sort of thing you have to live with when using free hosting like Tripod!

hmmm...but I'm not using tripod.......i'm using my own apache server...I was just using tripod to store my screenshots because I don't want to keep my server on the whole day until my site is published....

hmm...lol...then I guess my server is mad......
