No flash forum?

Well, if this is in the wrong place-please take it to the place it belongs

I had a question regarding bandwidth:

If you have a flash image, say like I have at: www.LuciferCosmetics.com

When it loads, does it take the bandwidth from the site by the size of the Flash File itself?

or

Does it take the bandwidth from a flash file by how long it is left on your page and running for?

I am uncertain as to how much flash I ought to give this site because, I as yet, do not know

Since you've embedded the SWF file, which appears to be about 36K in size, the file is downloaded to a user's browser Cache on first visit, so you only take a bandwidth hit for the 1st d/l, and not again unless they force a refresh.
