Hi everyone, I'm brand new here. My question is specific to GoArticles.com.
With GoArticles, I want to put a hyperlink in the Bio box but I can't.
I want to replace (example) http://blahblahblahxyz.com with;
<a href="http://blahblahblahxyz.com>Get Blake's FREE Newsletter!</a>

I use this same format everywhere else, but it will just NOT work with GoArticles. Any help PLEASE?

http://www.goarticles.com/author.html has the guidelines for submission.
Pay attention to the section on Article Formatting and Links

This is from GoArticles: Use of HTML should be minimal and we suggest html tags only be used for creating live links to sites, services or products. Our submission process does not automatically create activated links. You must do this.

I'm not sure I follow exactly. Does this format:
<a href="http://blahblahblahxyz.com>Get Blake's FREE Newsletter!</a>
accomplish the directions above? I know it doesn't work on their site. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong. It won't let me insert anchor text for a link either.
Your best bet is to contact them directly on their "Contact Us" page and ask them.

Thanks Moxxnixx. It seems per their instructions, HTML for anchor text should be allowed. I'll give'em a shout and post back here with my findings.

You might want to remove the punctuation from the anchor text. So remove the ' and the !. thats about all i can think of.

I run 2 article directories and I can say that there are certainly a few quirks in some of them.
