Problem with comment page

Trying to increase the comment size on my website. I tried to fix it but i cant get it to work. If someone could help me, i would greatly appreciate it.

Looks like you have CSS that is not available and your using a web server scripting language to get your data. Going to be hard for most people to help you. Plus all the deprecated <font> tags.

and adjust the % on the width and height of the table cells.
