Without coding (php, asp,) your gonna probably need a hosted contact form.

But that dosn't have any spam control....

Its practically impossible to do this without php.

BUT you could use an external form containing the php, therefore not hosted on your server.

Here's a great contact form that uses php on their side BUT HTML on your side, also has a captcha image which makes it spam proof

This is the regex I use to make sure a valid email entry was given (the email may be fake, don't know of any way to check that)
