Okay, this might sound very simple and such but,
one of my clients want a portfolio gallery similar to this

does anyone know what I should do ? or have any idea what 'program' that the person who built that site used? I was guessing some sort of Joomla thing, but Joomla have drove me crazy, if anyone has some other alternative PLEASE let me know .

Basically I just want a gallery that on the left side, you can see the preview thumbnails, and then on the right w/e you click from the left goes to the right. I can simply go with frames but that would take SOOO long and the client wants something so in the future they can update themselves... is there n e thing ?

U can align images into frontpage 2003 or/dreamweaver.

and they will code them for you how you want them aligned..


Are you asking about the resume,about me,blah blah etc icons??

Or the Portfolio icons?

umm, just the portfolio, where theres lil icons of the work, and when you click on it, on the right side, it displays the whole picture.

Yes u can if u click on it and it display's the Picture bigger ur going to have Recreate a whole new html document with all the lil icons with the Big picture exactly the same ..If u dont know what i mean u can contact me on aim or something i would be glad to help you out.



But ur going to have to create a whole new document with the Icon that u clicked to be link to the Big picture...

Or you can use flash haha its not a simple job

The ".cfm" extensions, on the resources combined with the cookies being set (CFID, CFTOKE, CFGLOBALS) suggests that Cold Fusion is being used, (perhaps proxied by IIS?).

Viewing the source shows that he uses Dreamweaver because he used the built in javascript stuff (unchanged). But, the wacky use of caps suggests that the first iteration was in something other than Dreamweaver, probably frontpage. Though the prolific use of tables are missing the thead/tfoot/tbody that are indicative of FP. But, the table tags are lower case so, maybe they were replaced.

There is nothing to suggest that he is really using any type of CMS. I'm going to go with Eleven04 and say, its just Dreamweaver and some cold fussion markup.
