I have been working on this for the past two days and now I am in trouble with work.

So I need to embed a video clip in a survey. They gave me a .mpg file. It needs to show no controls, and play twice. SO I got that going and then the client said that the first time the clip ran it was choppy. So everyone suggested to convert it to .swf. SO I tried that with freeware and no matter what code I put in it still loops over and over again!!!

So I attached the codes I used. Any help as to what to do will be great!

Quick fix - upload the video to youtube. I believe they take your video files and convert them to flash files. ...and them they give you some code to embed the video in your HTML.

Upload the video to megavideo. They give you an embed code. Or you can use another site, doesn't rly matter. As well, you can upload it to your server and use: http://www.freevideocoding.com/ as they give you an embed code.

Or you could upload to youtube then download the clip with an youtube downloader, upload the clip to your website and use a flv player.

or you could use freevideocoding.com because its faster

But wont doing that have the annoying "youtube" logo in the corner of the vid?

Much better to do it yourself - Flash CS3 has a built in video encoder and skins to do this, including the option of having no contols and auto play.
