I have a hosting plan, and work with websites all the time, but now I have run into another unknown subject! How do i create new folders... It says everytime that there is no such directory, my directory is /public_html/anime/ and now I want to make a new folder... How do I do it?

What do you use to upload files to your server? There would be two ways I know of to create a new folder
a) Create the folder on your local hard drive, then use your FTP program to transfer that entire folder

b) Use your FTP program to create new directory. The location of this tool varies depending on your program, but most have a little shortcut icon that looks like a folder with a little starburst in the corner.

It really depends on how your hosting is set up, but assume that anime is your specific user folder, you'll want to create that new folder inside the anime folder and not under the public_html folder where you may not have permission.
