I'm working on a site in dreamweaver and one thing is not working for me. Working on a tables format with two layers on top I cannot get the layers to stay where they're suppose to. On 600X800 screen setting it's fine, on 1024X768 that's when you press the favorites button and the layers move. I've tried CSS to no avail.

Any suggestions?

by default layers are positioned by the x and y coordinates in the browser.. so when the browser screen is increased or reduced.. they do change..
