Resizable Resoluations

I recently finished building a company website. However, I found out today that if you are in 1024x768 resolution or higher that it looks 'off.' How can I make the site adjust either the users' reolution to fit my site's or my site's to fit the user's. The site I refer to is:

I'm not really worried about it. However, the boss wants it fixed, and I'm not sure how to.

Instead of using exact table sizes (ie: 120, 400, whatever) use percentages.
