I got annoyed when sometimes CTRL+ F5 doesn't work. That's supposed to force a new request against the server for all pieces needed to render a page or URL, but it doesn't always work. That's supposed to work in FireFox and in Internet Exploder. But not always.
I just found this:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1801
It only works in FireFox, because web devs only work in FireFox. It gives you the option to add a new button to your toolbar, that looks like a broom, and clears the browser cache when clicked. Then you can just hit refresh on the toolbar and get a clean, actually refreshed page. I love it!
