Infinite Menu and Flash 8

Me again!

2 Flash related questions:

1) I tried to follow this tutorial to create the Infinite Menu. I'm having problems getting it to work in Flash 8 though. I think it may have something to do with the action script, but I'm not really sure.

2) I'm seeing all kinds of things like Flash8 (which I have), Flash MX, Flash 5...if I'm getting into the whole Flash "thing" should I have all of these different programs? I was thinking I would be fine with Flash 8...

You don't need older versions of Flash.

Hi RedCon,
1) I didn't follow the Infinite menu tutorial, but I see that you'll have to do a lot to adjust the menu properly.
2) Flash 8 or Flash 9, not less

If possible, go for the latest version of flash (CS3).

any flash program later than flash8 would work
