Can any one design a logo for me?

Hi all.
i own a SMF forum with a good theme.
but i cant make logo.
If any one can make a logo for me then please
actually i m not in position of giving any money for this.
If any one is kind enough to make a logo for me?
Well the image attached is the file where i need to place a logo.

You have to write

Funoverfun.com
Spreading smiles

on this image.
with some good effects.
my forum consist of fun stuff, so u can add any fun effects.

but Model looks weird

Oh, no. It's usual smile by unknown designer. There are a lot of this smiles in the internet, but nobody think, who design it. I can draw own smile but, I think, that using this face in the unregistered logo (this logo don't have a TM) don't resist a law.

no I'm afraid your wrong somebody designed that face and your basically stealing it and claiming it as your design. copy and paste is not designing, and if the person who did design it suddenly saw his/her smiley on this guy's site both of you could get in trouble. I understand because no money is changing hands you feel that this is OK but it's really not.

Ok, you are right. I should use own elements only. I draw own vector smile and delete "Model" text:
