Anyone know of a good program i can use to make emoticons like these? I'm lazy haha so the easier the better.... lol

lol I wish I did there JASC animation but you have to draw them frame by frame.

Actually u can make pretty good emoticons in adobe imageready i have made a few my self.

You can make some in most image software, all you need to do is find a tutorial on how to do it. I've made some great ones in GIMP. =)

There is a free animation program called microsoft gif animator. It is really simple, but it is free and fairly easy to use. I found it while looking up tutorials on how to make glitter graphics a while back. (I will try to find the link for you) There was a link to download the program. Basically you make your gif images in whatever program you want, then you just open them in the gif animator and make one gif file out of your several gif files.
