Hi there, I am building a website for my band however I have not decided on the type of logo I want and was hoping someone skilled in that field might be able to help me out!?

The name of the band is RIPTIDE, we play mainstream rock and got the name due to being based near popular surfing venues!

Any ideas would be appreciated, however I feel something bright and easy on the eye would be good, maybe something skaterish etc?

Andy, try Download fonts | dafont.com they have tons and tons of free fonts and im sure you can find something. Lte know how it goes

start blasting out some ideas on the computer or on paper, take a look at other bands logos that you like and soon the ideas will start flowing

Based on your description of your band, I get a mental picture of a electric guitarist riding a surfboard on a wave. Or perhaps a guitarist and a drummer with a wave breaking over them.

Or, perhaps something simpler- just the word riptide, with one of the letters being integrated with a musical instrument or something.

Just a few ideas. Hope they help!
