I am on the last step to publish my game site and I want to know if there is software for designing logo to my website.

Take a look at LAughing Bird Logo Creator, but Photoshop or Fireworks are better

I like to use Illustrator as it is a vector program. Inkscape is a free version. Google it.

If you are looking for something professional, the guys over at Ypson (Custom Logo Design) do great logo work. I would check them out...
