Where To Get XP System Icons

Where can I find the xp system icons? You know, the ones you see in the toolbars and menus of office xp or office 2003 such as the save icon, print icon, etc.

An easy way would be to take a screenshot (ALT+Print Screen) and then cut them out using a drawing program.

But it would contain those bumpy edges if I try to make it transparent.
