iIf you would like to take a screen shot of a Web Page and either EDIT it -
or simply add it to a word or powerpoint file -
here is a technique I have been using for the last SIX years
1- first bring up the WEB PAGE
2- Then press "print screen/SysRq" - which is the third button from tne right on the very top of most keyboards
3- "paste" or "control V" into either "photo editor" " Windows image viewer"
Word PowerPoint etc.
4- if you would prefer to make the screen shot One Jpg Gif or Png or Tiff by itself
5- open PowerPoint first - change the page layout to the size you want the image to be
6- Paste the image
7- then "select all" put you cursor on the "connecting lines" Group
Use both the "control" and "shift" key to RESIZE the image -- then save to trhe desired format
8- if minor editing is needed you can access the "drawing" and "photo" editing tools that come natively into Word and PowerPoint.
Funny you should mention print screen...the computers here (at work) are setup on a switch, and the print-screen button brings up the switch panel! It took me a while to get used to this when I wanted to make a (quick and dirty) screenshot!
