You could slice up the menu, and make into a bunch of smaller graphics and make each image a link.
Or.. you could download an Image Mapper and create a map of that image. You might try CoffeeCup Image Mapper. There is a 15 day trial version at http://www.coffeecup.com/image-mapper/.
I'm sure that there are other image mappers out there, but I personally don't have any experience with them, because I don't use them for my site.
I think the better option would be to cut up the image. I'd suggest Photoshop or Fireworks.
Yes, ok i know how to do that, but the box in the middle i know how to put a site into that, but say if i chose a link from the nav bar, how could i link the links form the nav bar to that mini browser without the rest of the page having to load??
