Does anyone know how to get rid of some writing someone put on a movie? If you know how, please tell me a good program to do it with and exactly how to do it.

Thanks.

What kind of writing? Is it throughout the entire clip? If so, how long is it. If you do not have the original video footage, it can be done via reverse rotoscoping which can be done in Photoshop but it is not easy. You export the video out into a film strip which creates a targa file for every frame of the movie. Then you have to remove the writing by using the clone brush. More than likely, the writing was added by something like Adobe After Effects. If you can get a hold of the original ".ae" file, if the text was added using After Effects, then it would be just a matter of deleting the text layer.

Hope this helps.
