Ok i no how to do the effects and all the crap but i need to no how to get another image on photoshop cs. I jsut got the best because i felt like it. Like i can open a pic and all that but then after you do that i need to no how to get another pic ontop of that using layers. (like maybye drag an image onto it or something?) just give me the directions to do so.
